Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tunnelling.in online course programme (the “Programme”) operated by AF Academy (“AF Academy”, “we”, “us”). By registering for, paying for or using the Programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Programme.

1. The Programme

The Programme is an online tunnelling-engineering course delivered as pre-recorded video lectures and related materials through our learning platform, with a verifiable certificate on completion. It is operated by AF Academy in association with the Dr. Dhawan Academy of Geologists (DDAG). The Programme is educational in nature.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to enrol. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you register and to keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Enrolment, pricing & payment

  • Prices are shown on the pricing page in the displayed currency and, for Indian customers, are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking and EMI). Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
  • We may revise prices, packages and promotional offers at any time; the price applicable to you is the one shown at the time of your purchase.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, levies or bank/currency-conversion charges that apply to your purchase beyond the displayed amount.

4. Course access & licence

On confirmed payment, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Programme content for the access period associated with your enrolment package, for your own learning. You may not:

  • Share your account, login or access links with any other person;
  • Copy, download (except where expressly offered), record, screen-capture, redistribute, sell, sub-licence or publicly display the content; or
  • Use the content to build or train any competing course, product or model.

For multi-seat enrolments, you may nominate the number of participants covered by your purchase; each participant is bound by these Terms.

5. Certificate

A certificate of completion is issued on meeting the Programme’s completion requirements. Certificates may be verified through the verification page on this website. Certificates evidence participation and completion and are not a professional licence, accreditation or guarantee of any qualification.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the Programme — including videos, text, graphics, course structure and the Tunnelling.in and AF Academy marks — is owned by AF Academy, DDAG, the faculty or their licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited licence in clause 4.

7. Refunds & cancellations

Payments are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short, because the Programme is a digital product, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Programme lawfully and not to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, infringe others’ rights, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Programme is provided for educational purposes on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not warrant that the content is error-free, suitable for any particular purpose, or that it will result in any specific job, certification, examination result or professional outcome. Engineering decisions on real projects remain your professional responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF Academy and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Programme. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Programme will not exceed the amount you paid for the enrolment giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AF Academy and its partners harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Programme.

12. Third-party services

The Programme relies on third-party services such as Razorpay (payments) and our hosting and learning-platform providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

13. Changes to the Programme or Terms

We may update, improve or discontinue parts of the Programme, and may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Programme or these Terms.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to praggya@tunnelling.in or +91 98185 68825.
