Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order and whether a refund is available for the Tunnelling.in online course programme (the “Programme”) operated by AF Academy. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. The Programme is a digital product

The Programme is delivered electronically as video lectures and course materials accessed through our learning platform. Access is typically granted immediately or shortly after a successful payment. Because the product is consumed digitally and cannot be returned, the terms below apply.

2. Cancellation before access is granted

If you have paid but have not yet been granted access to the course content or learning platform, you may request to cancel your order for a full refund. To qualify, you must contact us at praggya@tunnelling.in within 48 hours of payment and before any access credentials or content have been issued to you or to a nominated participant.

3. No refunds after access is granted

Once access to the course content, learning platform or login credentials has been granted — to you or to any participant you nominated — the purchase is final and fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, regardless of the extent to which the content is used. This includes situations where you change your mind, are unable to complete the course, or have a change in circumstances.

We therefore encourage you to review the curriculum, free sample lectures, pricing and these terms carefully before purchasing.

4. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, we will refund you in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment - you were charged more than once for the same enrolment;
  • Failed delivery - payment succeeded but, due to a technical fault on our side, access was never provided and we are unable to resolve it; or
  • Erroneous charge - you were charged in error for a product you did not order.

In these cases, the excess or affected amount is refunded once verified. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

5. How to request a refund

Email praggya@tunnelling.in from the address used to place the order, with your order reference and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and to assess eligible requests promptly.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the original currency of the transaction; we are not responsible for currency-conversion differences or bank charges.

7. Failed or pending transactions

If your payment failed but an amount was debited, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details and we will help trace it with Razorpay.
