This policy explains when you can cancel an order and whether a refund is available for the tunnels and tunnelling online course at tunnelling.in (the “Programme”) operated by AF Academy. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancelling before the course starts
You may cancel your enrolment before your course starts by emailing praggya@tunnelling.in with your order number. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. After cancellation, your access to the course ends.
2. After the course starts
Enrolments cannot be cancelled once a course has started. In exceptional circumstances you may write to us; such requests are considered case by case, at the sole discretion of AF Academy and Aqua Foundation management.
3. Transferring a seat
- To a colleague: unfilled or pending participant seats can be transferred to another person in the same organisation until the cohort start date.
- A seat cannot be transferred once its participant has completed their learning profile or started the course.
4. When we cancel or reschedule
We may cancel or reschedule a cohort if it does not reach the minimum number of participants, if an instructor becomes unavailable, or because of events beyond our control. If we do:
- we will tell you by email as soon as possible;
- you can choose a free transfer to the next available cohort, or a full refund;
- refunds are processed within 7 business days, as set out in the Refund Policy.
5. Changes to live sessions
If a single live session is moved or cancelled, we will reschedule it or provide a recording.
6. Events and webinars
If you register for an event and can no longer attend, please cancel through your confirmation email or let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. Paid events follow the same rules as courses.
