Vijay Kumar Rastogi

Vijay Kumar Rastogi has spent his career spanning over five decades in the field of instrumentation. He took his BE Hons Degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jaipur in 1970 and has since then been associated with the instrumentation industry in India. The various activities handled by him for instrumentation included the technology development, manufacture, marketing, systems engineering, and installation & monitoring. His experience includes applications of different types of instrumentation for thermal power plants, process industries, dams, and tunnels. He has been associated with most of the dams and hydroelectric projects in our country during the last three decades. His last assignment in instrumentation was as Director of a well-known instrumentation Company. Since 2018, he is working as the Country Head of Geodata Austria in India, promoting digitization and the use of Software in the overall implementation, construction, and instrumentation & monitoring of large civil construction projects.
