Sumit Jain

Shri Sumit Jain did his BE civil in 2005 from Delhi College of engineering and also cleared IRSE in 2005. Currently he is the Project director at Rishikesh Karnaprayag new rail line project of RVNL. Prior to that he briefly served at NTPC for 1 1/2 year in their hydro engineering division and then joined Indian railways and worked for 6 years in track and field maintenance and construction of new assets for around 400 km sections. In RVNL since 2013 he is contributing towards development and planning of projects from feasibility stage to current execution stage. Presently, his responsibilities include the study of tunneling and contractual practices prevalent in various sectors in India and abroad.
